Check the deadline and what happens if you do nothing. Delegating, scheduling and declining take no time. Doing work yourself or advancing the schedule uses one slot.
Drainage inspection
Finish by the end of slot 3 to avoid two flooding jobs in slots 4 and 5, totaling 3 work slots.
Rain starts after slot 3. An unfinished inspection adds 3 slots of emergency repairs. The last train becomes available in slot 4.
